Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer’.
Arrive In Style Wedding Cars is referred to as the ‘the company’.
Your booking is only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
The deposit required for each car is £75.00 and is non-refundable.
The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least one calendar month before the date of the event.
No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full.
All our vehicles are strictly no smoking.
In the event of the non availability (for any reason) of the vehicle agreed to be provided to the hirer, the company reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle provided that the company shall give notice of such event as soon as possible, whereupon the hirer will have the option to withdraw from this agreement and will have the right to a refund of any sums paid to the settlement of any claims against the company.
Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam, road closure delays however caused or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such occurrence.
Our cars are cleaned to the highest standard, and will be checked over, and cleaned again shortly before arrival. However, the company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies vehicles however caused by the hirer, or the hirers guests.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to verify that the dates, times and addresses stated are correct on the booking form.
Bookings are accepted only on condition that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions. These come into effect upon payment of the deposit.
The driver may decline to transport any passenger/s or luggage if, in his opinion, the vehicle may be overloaded or passengers may be unsafe to travel through drink or drugs. The driver’s decision is final as he is responsible for the safe transport of all passengers.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for passenger’s luggage or personal property.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicular access at any location.
If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any costs arising consequential of any losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the hirer.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 60 days prior to the wedding. The full outstanding balance is payable if a cancellation is received within 60 days of the wedding date.
Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice.
